Do I really need a website if I have Instagram? +

Social media is great for finding people, but you do not own it. If Instagram changes its rules or blocks your account, you lose all your customers instantly. A website is the only piece of internet real estate that you completely control.

If I pay you for ads, does that include the money going to Google? +

Usually, no. There are two costs: Ad Spend (the money that goes directly to Google to show your ad) and the Management Fee (what you pay us to design and manage the campaigns so you don't waste your budget). We keep these completely separate and transparent.

How long does it take to show up on Google? +

Any agency that promises you the #1 spot in a week is lying. Google takes time to trust new websites. Generally, it takes 3 to 6 months of consistent work to start seeing strong results. It is a marathon, not a sprint — but it compounds beautifully.

What is a "conversion"? +

It just means getting a visitor to do what you want them to do. If 100 people visit your website and 5 of them call your phone number to book a service, those 5 people "converted." Our entire job is to make that number as high as possible.
